Meet Details:

Warm-Ups: The pool deck will open 15 minutes before the warm-up session. The warm-up schedule and lane assignments for the Competition Pool are detailed below.Saturday (AM) - 13 & Over - WU (8:00 AM) - Meet Start (9:00 AM)

• 8:00-8:20 ------ NLAC (Lanes 1-4), TRA (Lanes 5-6)
• 8:20-8:40 ------ FSY (Lanes 1-3), Bobcat (Lane 4), SA (Lane 5), SVAC, LEB, UN (Lane 6)
• 8:40-8:50 ------ One way starts (all lanes)

Saturday (PM) - 9-12 Age Group - WU (2:30 PM) - Meet Start (3:30 PM)

• 2:30-2:50 ------ NLAC (Lanes 1-3), WAC (Lane 4), TRA (Lanes 5-6)
• 2:50-3:10 ------ FSY (Lanes 1-2), SVAC (Lanes 3-4), Bobcat (Lane 5), SA (Lane 6)
• 3:10-3:20 ------ One way starts (all lanes)

Saturday & Sunday - Mini Meet - WU (12:30 PM) - Meet Start (1:00 PM)

• 12:30-12:50 ------ Open warm-ups (all lanes)

Sunday - Distance - WU (10:30 AM) - Meet Start (11:00 AM)

Parking: Metered parking is available in the East Deck Parking Garage for $1/hour. Most campus lots are "permit only" parking 24/7 so parking somewhere other than East Deck could result in cars being towed. Some hotels offer shuttle service to campus. Inquire about the availability at your hotel's front desk.

Session Timelines + Distance Session Changes:

Swimmers will not have access to the warm-up/cool down pool during the main meet. Breaks will occur after every stroke in the 9-12, 13 & Over, and Mini Meet sessions to allow for warm-up and/or cool-down. One break will be provided during the distance session.

Entry Updates and Scratches: Scratch sheets will be available at the start of each session, except for the Mini Meet, on the table in front of the Admin Area. Please return these to the Admin Area 30 minutes before the session starts so we have time to get everything seeded and printed for the meet to start on time.

Concessions and Hospitality:

• Coaches/Officials hospitality will be in the upstairs classroom. If you need directions to the hospitality room please ask at the Admin Area on deck or at the admissions table.
• Concessions for Parents/Families/Swimmers on campus near the pool:
  • Berkey Creamery - located about 1 block from the pool. Along with having amazing ice cream, they make a variety of sandwiches.

Winter Splash Merchandise Available:

• Northwest Designs will be on site with Winter Splash merchandise.
• They will be located in the hallway used to access the stairs to spectator seating.

Facility Logistics and Check-in Details:

• Coaches, Officials, Volunteers, and Spectators will use the same main entrance to McCoy Natatorium.
  • Officials and Coaches will have their credentials checked and receive a wristband before heading downstairs. At the bottom of the stairs you will turn right and enter the pool at the far end by the meter pool.
• Swimmers will go down the stairs and turn left, entering the pool through the designated/marked locker rooms.
• A safety marshall will be stationed at the bottom of the stairs to assist in accessing the pool deck.
• No parents/guardians are permitted to accompany their children down the stairs to the locker rooms and onto the pool deck.
• Team seating (bleachers) are located around the Competition Pool for team use.
