Dear Swim Team,

Here is all the information you need to know for this week!

Practice Schedule:

Monday: Regular

Tuesday: Regular

Wednesday: Regular

Thursday: No Practice

Friday: Regular times **Endurance practice with long set for each group, we will probably be done early

Meets:

Tuesday: TRA vs Belvedere @ HOME

     Patriotic Theme - Wear your White and Blue team swag!

• Volunteer slots available
• Remember Great Sportsmanship! Cheer loud, have fun, and encourage EVERYONE!! We want all the participants to have a great time.
• Swimmers report at 5pm, meet begins at 6pm
• Only swimmers and volunteers on the deck
• Coaches need to watch the swimmer's swim, give feedback, and line swimmers up. We kindly ask parents to keep conversations with coaches for after practice instead of during the meet.

**Here are last week's Meet Results for TRA vs Hackettstown and TRA vs Nazareth  They are also attached to each meet on the website.  Ribbons will be in the mailbox later this week.

Champs Qualifying Times:

• Our pool is a metered pool, so look at the times with an S behind it
• When your swimmer swims the qualifying time or faster for each event they qualify for that event. 
• If a swimmer swims up, their time still qualifies for their age category.                      For example: 7 year old swims 25m back in 9-10 25m back event.  Their time counts towards 8 and under 25 back qualifying time. 

Upcoming:

GPS Invitational

• OPTIONAL Event - Declare on the website
• Swimmer decides what events they want to swim
• Coach decides relays
• Fees for each event and (swimmer surcharge in lieu of spectator admission) paid to TRA (TRA sends a team check to GPS)
