Tomorrow, Tuesday, Group 1 and 2 will have practice as usual!

Group 3 will have a Mock meet! ( This will give our youngest swimmers a feel for what next week will be like!

**We need your help!!!  Any parents/family members who can stay during the third session and be timers would be great! We need 2 timers for each lane, and back up timers, so join us for some fun swimming tomorrow.

OFFICIALS TEST!!  

If you are willing to be an official for summer swim meets, you need to go on the PJSL Website and click on the officials test.  

Officials: watch each race for proper stroke, correct start/finish/turns.  If you are familiar with swimming and willing to watch the videos and take the test we need you!  We have to have 2 officials from our team for each meet.

The new Stroke and Turn exam is now available. The training videos are included in the exam. The link to the exam is on SwimTopia. Please note that everyone who would like to officiate during the 2024 PJSL season, regardless of YMCA, USA Swimming and NFHS credentials, must complete the exam. The Starter/Referee exam will be out later today.

Just a reminder that the backstroke rules have changed. New NFHS states that the swimmer may be fully submerged at the finish.
