Below you will find the information and direct link to book your room for the WSY Mid Winter Classic meet in January (Mechanicsburg). It's a very nice/clean hotel and they are offering us a great group rate of $99/room. If you've already booked a room at the hotel a lot of the team stayed at last year, you are more than welcome to keep that reservation (my apologies for not getting this hotel block information out to you sooner), or you can cancel and get your room with the team at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

They currently set aside 20 rooms, but are more than willing to add more if we need them. You can simply click the link in the message below to book through the TRA block.
